We crave sleep more than… Sex!

We all know it’s true… we crave sleep more than, well ANYTHING! And when we aren’t getting enough or at least a good quality sleep every night then we aren’t performing at our best, nor are we the best person we can be. The Centre for Disease Control & Prevention has proclaimed insufficient sleep a public health epidemic. Lack of sleep is affecting us in more ways than we realise and is of great concern to our overall health and wellbeing.

So how do we solve this?¬†¬†Well there are loads of ways to improve your sleep but they all start with what you are lying down on every night. So be sure to check your mattress and ask yourself if it’s still supporting you the way it should be.
