Could you please extend my gratitude to the two gentlemen who delivered our mattress this morning. When one of the rails on my timber bed (which I purchased elsewhere just over a year ago) broke, just outside the warranty period, I wasn’t able to even purchase a replacement from the supplier. Elite Bedding were only too happy to help me out with a replacement set of solid timber rails.

Would just like to thank Elite for their time with me and going beyond the call of duty with their service. They were quite willing to change the specification of the mattress to suit my comfort preference and were able show me what foams would be used in the process. It was of great benefit to me to be able to try the foam samples and make an informed decision. I highly recommend their product and service.
