Delivery
We can organise delivery of your purchase for you but we do use an independent contractor. We charge you the amount the contractor charges us.
At point of sale, you will have arranged a delivery date for your purchase on a day that is most suited for you and this will be clearly indicated on your paperwork.
We are not able to guarantee time of delivery.
Should you not be at the arranged location on the arranged date the contractor will return your goods to the factory. All attempts will be made to contact you regarding delivery. If you decide to re-organise delivery then the same charges will apply for re-delivery. Alternatively, you can pick your goods up. (see Pick up conditions below)
If you need to change your delivery date please let us know 24 hours prior to the morning of delivery.
The contractors will be able to give you some idea of expected time on the morning of delivery date. Their phone number can be obtained at point of sale.
Removal of old mattress or ensemble will incur a $20 per piece charge (i.e $40 per ensemble)
Pick up
Pick ups can be made from our factory during the following times:
MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:00am - 4:30pm
If you need to pick up after these hours then you will need to bring another person as our factory staff do not work outside these times.
A vehicle must be of appropriate size to accomodate the mattress to ensure that it is not bent or squashed in anyway.
You will need to bring your own packing and ropes.
Your goods will have left the factoy in good order. Elite Bedding Co. will not accept responsibilty for damages that occur after the goods have left our factory.
Elite Bedding recommends and encourages the use of our independent contractor as this will provide you with insurance on your purchase whilst being transported to its destination.
All our mattresses and bases are bagged in plastic for protection during transport. Please note that we connot guarantee total protection of your goods in detrimental weather. The bags are not sealed air tight. This is to release any condensation which may occur. Elite will not accept responsibilty for weather damaged goods. Further protection may be required from you. It is also recommended you remove the mattress from the plastic within 24 hours of receipt.
