Our advice : Buy the best mattress/ensemble your budget will allow!
A mattress is probably the most inexpensive piece of furniture you own, and the most utilized. We spend at least 1/3 of our lifetime in bed and it is important that you invest suitably in the long-term comfort and support for your family.
At Elite we are happy to help you choose the best mattress for you and your partner. You don’t need to spend a fortune to get a goodnights sleep. All our mattresses use a heavy gauge spring system, so your guaranteed support and value for money! Just add on the bells and whistles (ie overlays, side supports) that you can want and we can custom make a mattress to suit you!

Think about support & comfort!
Plan to buy a mattress/ensemble that gives you maximum support and comfort. A solid frame base will also enhance overall support and encourage correct spinal posture.
Mattress comfort is also very important, but don’t get caught into cushy soft mattresses that are only going to feel luxurious for a few weeks ~ consider long term durability. Take the time to discover each component in your mattress particularly the spring quality and comfort overlay (often referred to as a pillowtop)
Latex and foam overlays are the best durable comfort choices; they contour to the body and relieve pressure points (ie shoulders, hips). Steer clear of wool and cashmere fillers that don’t have a good memory and degrade if not rejuvenated. Consider investing in a ‘removable’ wool overlay instead so they can wash & rejuvenate it regularly!

It is important that the both of you find a mattress compatible with your needs and this means you’ll both need to spend time on finding the right mattress for you.
Sorry at Elite we don’t offer TRIAL PERIODS… Ask yourself what happens with returned mattresses after they are trialed. For hygienic reasons we just don’t offer this incentive, but we do promise to look after you – even if you do make the wrong choice!
